PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for adjusting or correcting the frequency response characteristics of each reception and radiation element in an electromagnetic wave detector generator.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave detector generator has a substrate 100 such as a semiconductor substrate, and a plurality of reception and radiation elements 110-140 provided on the substrate. The plurality of reception and radiation elements include antennas 111-141 and an electronic element 112, respectively. At least two reception and radiation elements are partially covered, respectively, with dielectric layers 124, 134 having a function for adjusting the frequency response characteristics of the antenna. A plurality of dielectric layers are different in at least one of the thickness, the material substance, the shape and the cover ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
