PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of necessity for a user to enter a password or the like into each terminal in order to authenticate a plurality of terminals which imposes a burden on the user for the authentication.SOLUTION: An authentication device and a program and method corresponding to the authentication device comprise: an authentication request receiving unit to receive an authentication request; an output request sending unit to send a first output request instructing a second terminal to generate information that can be sensed by a sensor included in a first terminal; and an authentication processing unit to perform successful authentication on the condition that the sensor in the first terminal has sensed the information generated by the second terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
