The present invention relates to an antibody for preventing or treating diseases associated with a Wnt signal transduction system by suppressing hyperactivation of the Wnt signal transduction system by recognizing a specific motif of WLS protein. To this end, the composition includes an antibody which is specific to a protein represented by specific amino acid sequence.
