According to an embodiment of the present invention, the touch screen device comprises: a touch screen panel; a polymer solar cell film installed on one surface of the touch screen panel to convert light energy into electricity; and an illumination sensing unit sensing electricity outputted by the polymer solar cell film to output illumination information.
