The processing unit 11 transmits data to a master unit using one of idle synchronous slots as a synchronous transmission slot when the GPS satellite radio waves are received, and transmits data to the master unit using one of a plurality of asynchronous slots as an asynchronous transmission slot when none of the GPS satellite radio waves is received. When receiving a response from the master unit, or until becoming a state of not being able to receive n consecutive times even if the response cannot be received, the processing unit 11 continues data transmission at the same asynchronous transmission slot, and when reaching the state of not being able to receive n consecutive times, it performs asynchronous transmission slot selection processing at a predetermined probability, performs data transmission within a new asynchronous transmission slot determined randomly when performing the selection processing, and continues data transmission within the same asynchronous transmission slot when the selection processing is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
