PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle battery holding structure which facilitates attachment/detachment work of a battery while restraining movement of the battery.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery holding structure includes: a battery tray 61 which stores a battery 32; a battery holding rack 41 which stores the battery tray 61 storing the battery 32 so that the battery tray 61 may be drawn to one side in a vehicle width direction; ground wiring 38 in which one end is connected with a negative terminal of the battery 32 and the other end is connected with a ground body of a vehicle body; and a movement restraint part (a wiring fixing part 65) which fixes the other end side of the ground wiring 38 to the battery tray 61 and restrains the battery tray 61 from being drawn to the one side in the vehicle width direction through the ground wiring 38 connected with the ground body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
