The present invention relates to a device and a method for processing multiple calls of elevator emergency call devices arranged in parallel. The device for processing multiple calls of two or more elevator emergency call devices arranged in parallel in an elevator emergency call system comprises: a control unit for performing multiple calls by connecting at least two elevator intercoms, from which emergency buttons are input, and an external telephone terminal with reference to the operation state of each emergency call device, which is shared through a communication unit, and a call line use state monitored by a call line monitoring unit, when the emergency buttons are input from the elevator intercoms connected to each elevator emergency call device; the communication unit for sharing the operation state of the elevator emergency call devices connected in parallel and transceiving the multiple call command of the control unit to each elevator emergency call device; the call line monitoring unit for setting the call line use state during call connection between any one elevator intercom and the external telephone terminal by monitoring the state of a call line connected to each elevator emergency call device; and a call extension unit for configuring a call path for the multiple calls between the same external telephone terminal and the elevator intercoms connected to each elevator emergency call device by connecting the elevator emergency call devices through an extension cable. |
