The present invention relates to a flexible copper clad laminate film, comprising: a polyimide layer; a retardant urethane resin adhesive layer laminated on an upper and a lower surface of the polyimide layer; and a copper clad layer laminated on both surfaces of the adhesive layer. The present invention has excellent bonding strength and flame retardancy to easily be bent, and allows being lightweight, thin, small, and a compact structure.
