A semiconductor device and a phase locked loop circuit including the same are provided. The semiconductor device of the present invention comprises: an output node where an output signal is outputted; a first transistor having a drain connected to the output node and gated by a first signal to increase a voltage level of the output node; a second transistor having a drain connected to the output node and gated by a second signal which is a complementary signal of the first signal to reduce the voltage level of the output node; a pull-up circuit supplying a first compensation current varying according to the voltage level of the output node to a source of the first transistor; and a pull-down circuit supplying a second compensation current varying according to the voltage level of the output node to a source of the second transistor. According to the present invention, provided is the semiconductor device including a compensation circuit which generates a compensation current for reducing current mismatch of a charge pump to improve an operation range of the charge pump.
