The circuit for tracing the moving vehicle automatically includes a divider (21) dividing the frequency of a generator (20) to 1/N to provide as the reference, a phase comparator (22) comparing the phases of the reference and M1-1 frequencies, a low-pass filter (25) providing DC or AC voltage whether the compared phases the are same or not, an automatic controlled voltage oscillator (23) providing M1-1 or stable voltage according to the voltage level of the low-pass filter, a divider (24) dividing the M1-1 frequency of the oscillator to 1/N2 and feeding it back to the comparator, and multiplexers (26,27) providing M1 and M2 frequencies produced by multiplying the stable and M1 frequencies by a and b constants respectively.
