A method for manufacturing a ceramic coating layer includes a step of providing zinc (Zn) and sulfur (S) of a first molecular structure on a ZnS lens and a step of heating the zinc (Zn) and the sulfur (S) of the first molecular structure. The step of providing the sulfur (S) of the first molecular structure includes a step of forming a sulfur (S) of a second molecular structure by vaporizing a chalcogenide source including the sulfur (S) and a step of forming the sulfur (S) of the first molecular structure which includes less sulfur (S) atoms than the second molecular structure by dissolving the sulfur (S) of the second molecular structure. The objective of the present invention is to provide the method for forming the ceramic coating layer at a low temperature.
