The machine (1) has a valve (9) for activating a hydraulic system in open position for distributing water during recovering the water coming from a phase of washing and/or rinsing to allow a flow of water from a washing tank (2) to a water tank (5). A branch of the hydraulic system connects the washing tank to a lower wall of the water tank. The water tank includes an overflow line (10) placed inside the water tank and in fluidic communication with a water storage section of the water tank and a sump (4) of the washing tank.
