The purpose of the present invention is to provide a peptide having above a certain level of binding power to both an Fc region and an Fab region. The purpose of the present invention is also to provide DNA encoding this peptide, a vector including this DNA, and transformants obtained by transformation by this vector. These problems are solved by providing a peptide having a specific sequence.
