PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions, preparations and methods for correcting the cellular alteration of a mutant CFTR protein, and therapies for cystic fibrosis.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to protein modulators capable of altering the function of a mutant CFTR protein and their use for treating diseases associated with CFTR protein malfunction.
