PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of detecting leakage of a refrigerant earlier.SOLUTION: Indoor equipment 1 includes: a housing 111; an upper space 115b located in the housing 111 and in which an indoor heat exchanger 7 is disposed; a lower space 115a located in the housing 111 and provided below the upper space 115b; an indoor blower fan 7f disposed in the lower space 115a; a fan casing 108 disposed in the lower space 115a and covering the indoor blower fan 7f, the fan casing 108 in which a blowout opening part 108a and a suction opening part 108b are formed; and refrigerant detection means 99.
