[Solution] A force display device is provided with a movable element, an actuator unit, a posture detection unit, a signal generation unit, and a control unit. The actuator unit is connected to the movable element. The posture detection unit is configured so as to detect the posture of the force display device. The signal generation unit is configured so as to generate a drive signal for having the actuator unit generate a vibration that includes at least one among a plurality of different amplitudes and among a plurality of different frequencies within one cycle. The control unit is configured so as to control the generation of the drive signal by the signal generation unit in accordance with the detected posture.
