This solar cell module 1 is provided with: a solar cell panel 2 that comprises a rectangular first substrate 6, which has a first surface 6a facing a mounting surface P, a second surface 6b on the reverse side of the first surface 6a, and a first side 2c and a second side 2d that are opposite to each other, a rectangular second substrate 8, which has a third surface 8a arranged so as to face the second surface 6b of the first substrate 6, a fourth surface 8b on the reverse side of the third surface 8a, and a first side 2c and a second side 2d that are opposite to each other, and a photoelectric conversion part 7 that is arranged between the second surface 6b of the first substrate 6 and the third surface 8a of the second substrate 8; and a first frame 3 that affixes the end portion of a first projecting part 6c of the first substrate 6 by means of a first affixing part, said first projecting part 6c protruding outwardly from the first side 2c of the second substrate 8.
