An oil control valve (OCV) for supplying oil at an end portion and assembly method thereof; the OCV comprises: a valve body (2) having an oil inlet (I) located at one end thereof in an axial direction; a compression spring (5) in a compressed state located in the valve body (2); and a filter (6) for filtering hydraulic oil flowing into the valve body via the oil inlet. The filter (6) comprises an annular body part (60) and a filter screen (61) fixedly provided on the annular body part; the filter (6) is located in the valve body (2); the compression spring (5) is located at one side of the filter (6) away from the oil inlet and presses against the end surface of the annular body part (60); the inner peripheral surface of the valve body (2) is provided with a clamping groove (20); and the filter (6) further comprises a protrusion (62) protruding out of the outer peripheral surface (S1) of the annular body part (60) and extending radially outward into the clamping groove (20). The technical solution of the present invention simplifies an OCV structure, thus simplifying assembly process steps, shortening an assembly period and reducing costs. |
