PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput of radio communication.SOLUTION: If a radio communication device does not hold a determination result when receiving an RTS frame, the radio communication device holds determination result information, and if the radio communication device does not receive a frame within a prescribed period, it deletes the determination result information. If it holds the determination result, it only holds the determination result information during a frame continuous use period. If it has deleted the determination result information already when receiving a BAR frame, BA frame, DATA frame, or CTS frame, it only holds the determination result information during the frame continuous use period. If it holds the determination result information, it only holds the determination result information during the frame continuous use period to identify a communication station that has acquired a transmission right, holds determination result information on the identified communication station, and determines whether or not it transmits a response frame on the basis of the determination result information on the communication station that has acquired a transmission right held in a transmission right acquisition communication station management unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
