an internal member selected from an elongated conductor and an electronic signal generating component; and a first insulating region disposed over said internal member, wherein said first insulating region comprises first and second copolymers that comprise styrene and isobutylene, wherein the first copolymer has a styrene content that ranges from 15 to 21 mol %, and wherein the second copolymer has as styrene content that ranges from 22 to 50 mol %. |
