A wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, comprising a front housing (11) and a rear housing (12) forming a housing of the indoor unit, main air inlet portions being formed on the housing, heat exchangers (21, 22) being formed in the housing, a mixed air outlet (114) being formed at a lower portion of the front housing (11), a non-heat exchange air inlet (1217) being formed on the rear housing (12) at a position corresponding to the mixed air outlet (114), an air supply device (3) being formed in the housing, the air supply device (3) comprising at least two air guiding bodies (31, 32, 33) penetrated in the middle and provided with front and rear openings, the air guiding bodies (31, 32, 33) being arranged sequentially from front to rear, a penetrating air passage penetrating from front to rear being formed at the middles of the air guiding bodies (31, 32, 33), the penetrating air passage connecting the mixed air outlet (114) and the non-heat exchange air inlet (1217), heat exchange air passages (34, 35) being formed between adjacent air guiding bodies. A volute (5) and a centrifugal fan (4) located in the volute (5) are formed in the housing above the air supply device (3), an air outlet portion of the volute (5) faces the heat exchange air passages (34, 35), a surrounding portion (6) extending towards the air supply device (3) and surrounding the heat exchange air passages (34, 35) is also formed on the air outlet portion (53) of the volute (5), and mixed air cavities (63, 64) are formed between the surrounding portion (6) and the heat exchange air passages (34, 35).
