摘要 The present invention relates to a producing method of fish cake containing mulberry leaves and chives, comprising the following steps: adding food additives to fish flesh containing calcium and protein components, flour containing potassium and protein components, carrots containing saccharides and calcium components, green onion containing potassium components, mulberry leaves containing calcium and protein components, and chives containing calcium and protein components, and mixing and processing the same; putting the mixed and processed fish cake materials to a hopper of a molding machine; forming fish cake in a desired shape; putting the fish cake into a frying device; repeatedly frying the fish cake step by step to improve aromatic taste; removing oil from surfaces of the fish cake in an oil removing machine; and freezing the fish cake in an automatic freezer to produce high-quality fish cake. Thus, the fish cake can be conveniently eaten by anyone as snacks or side dishes without repulsion.
