According to the present invention, the dishwasher of the present invention comprises: a cabinet assembly in which dishes are placed; a sump, where a water collecting unit for storing cleaning water is placed inside, which is connected to the inside of the cabinet assembly to recover the cleaning water and to supply the steam generated in the water collecting unit to the inside of the cabinet assembly; and a heater module installed on the outside of the sump to convey heat to the water collecting unit and to heat the cleaning water with steam. According to the present invention, the dishwasher of the present invention can prevent corrosion or oxidation of the heater by non-contact of the heater and the cleaning water, increase the durability of the heater, and directly detect the heat generated by the heater module to realize the temperature control of the heater module more precisely. |
