The purpose of the present invention is to provide a slot die device capable of ensuring a stable coating state. For this end, provided is a slot die device using a vacuum chamber system equipped with a venturi motor, which comprises: a transfer module transferring a base film; a slot die module which is provided on a moving route of the base film transferred by the transfer module, and supplies a predetermined coating liquid to apply the coating liquid on the surface of the base film; and a vacuum chamber module which is provided on the moving route of the base film transferred by the transfer module, and sucks the air and water around the base film. |
