PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for charging a container precisely with a designated amount of a filling material, because the operation of a filling valve and a charging material to pass through the charging valve has some inertia intrinsically.SOLUTION: A method for charging a container with a filling material by a proportional valve comprises the steps of: determining the function q (t) of a flow rate against the opening change H (t) of the proportional valve; and controlling charge of the container on the basis of a function q (t) of a flow rate. By determining the function of a flow rate in an open process of the proportional valve, a charging process is controlled on the basis of the determined flow rate so that no complicated control process is performed to eliminate a corresponding measurement element such as a flow sensor, a weighting cell and so on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
