A compound having the following structure: wherein R1 is C(R4)2; each R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, C1-C15 alkyl, C6-C12 aryl, C7-C15 aralkyl or C7-C15 alkaryl; or R2 and R3 taken together can form a saturated or unsaturated cyclic ring, wherein said saturated or unsaturated cyclic ring may be optional substituted by a C1-C6 alkyl; each R4 is independently hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C6-C12 aryl or C3-C12 cycloalkyl; and each m is independently 1, 2, 3 or 4.
