The present invention relates to a bus information system (BIS). To this end, the BIS comprises: a GPS receiving terminal; a CCTV system; a transmitting modem; a BIS control device; a low power display device; an emergency bell switch; and a BIS control center, thereby preventing an accident and reducing power consumption of the BIS system.
