PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a WTRU that are configured to perform cell reselection to another cell.SOLUTION: A WTRU (wireless transmit/receive unit) that is configured to perform cell reselection to another cell when the WTRU is in a CELL_FACH state by using an E-DCH (Enhanced-Dedicated Channel) is disclosed.
