The present invention provides a biosensor having: i) sufficient sensitivity for quantitative detection of a subject to be analyzed with low concentration; and ii) superior selectivity capable of selectively determining the presence of the subject to be analyzed. The biosensor comprises: a first sensor including a first operating electrode and a first counter electrode; a second sensor including a second operating electrode and a second counter electrode; and a control unit which outputs a quantitative analysis value and a qualitative analysis value.
