This patent relates to an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing system which enable improvement in the detection accuracy of a pixel defect. Provided is an image processing device provided with: a pixel defect evaluation unit which, regarding a notice pixel, of which notice is taken, of a captured image from a solid-state image capturing device in which color pixels and high-sensitivity pixels having higher sensitivity than the color pixels are two-dimensionally arranged, evaluates a defect in the notice pixel on the basis of a correlation between the pixel value of the high-sensitivity pixel and the pixel value of the color pixel; and a pixel defect correction unit which corrects the notice pixel evaluated as being defective. This patent is applicable, for example, to an image processing device which corrects a pixel defect by signal processing. |
