Provided is a USB plug capable of being inserted in a forward or reverse direction. The USB plug comprises a metal shell (1), an insulating body (2) and conductive terminals (3). An insertion core (21) protrudes from the front end of the insulating body (2). The upper and lower end surfaces of the insertion core (21) are provided with a row of conductive terminals (3) respectively. The conductive terminals (3) on the upper end surface of the insertion core (21) from left to right are correspondingly connected to the conductive terminals (3) on the lower end surface of the insertion core (21) from right to left in order. Two sides of the insertion core (21) can be electrically connected, so that the plug can be inserted into a socket from the forward or reverse direction to achieve effective electrical connection, the plug is convenient to use, and the phenomenon of inserting in a wrong direction is avoided. Each conductive terminal (3) protrudes inward to form a conductive contact portion (31), and the conductive contact portion (31) of each conductive terminal (3) and the conductive contact portion (31) of the corresponding conductive terminal (3) are mutually pressed and in contact conduction to form a contact point. The structure and the manufacturing process of the USB plug are simple, the production efficiency is improved, batch production can be realized, and the cost is saved. |
