The present invention relates to a novel alpha-mangostin glycoside derivative and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a novel alpha-mangostin glycoside derivative which is represented by chemical formula 1, by using an one-pot enzymatic system. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce the novel alpha-mangostin glycoside derivative with excellent solubility and antibacterial properties via the one-pot enzymatic system which is simple and economical.
