PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which eliminates tape winding and a packing member and is formed in a small size at low cost, and a wire harness including the clip.SOLUTION: A clip 2 includes: a body part 7; a lock part 12 provided extending from the body part 7 and locked by an adhesive sheet, which is provided with an adhesive material 33b having the adhesiveness and located on at least one surface and holds electrical wires 51 by bonding the one surface with one surface of each electrical wire 51; an engagement part 8 which is provided protruding from the body part 7, is attached to a mounting hole 35 opened on the adhesive sheet 3, and is engaged with an engagement hole 43 opened on a panel 41; and an expanding part 14 which is provided expanding from the body part 7 and presses a peripheral part of the mounting hole 35 of the adhesive sheet 3 against the panel 41 when the engagement part 8 is engaged with the engagement hole 43 of the panel 41. |
