The present invention relates to a vibrationproof support connection structure having a deflection prevention function capable of firmly supporting and connecting a support frame and a horizontal frame while inctactly maintaining a vibrationproof function using a vibrationproof support connection structure improved with a new structure type and preventing the deflection of the support frame and the horizontal frame caused when the vibrationproof member is deformed and expanded by a load. The vibrationproof support connection structure having a deflection prevention function comprises: a connection support member having a structure wherein a lower part is divided to be fixed to both side surfaces of a connection piece of a second support frame; a coupling rod coupled to an upper part of the connection support member by passing therethrough and connected to an upper fixed structure; and a vibrationproof member assembly being in contact with the connection support member in a coupled state of surrounding an outer circumference of the coupling rod.
