A filter for dishwasher comprises a cylindrical structure provided with holes in the top base for the inflow of the water to be filtered and with a close-mesh net on its curved lateral surface, said cylindrical structure being provided with two radial channels (3, 3') dividing it into two cylindrical sectors (4, 5) each of which is provided with a close-mesh net both on its curved lateral surface (4a; 5a) and on its internal surfaces (4b, 4c; 5b, 5c) that define said radial channels (3, 3'). In this way the present filter has, with the same diameter, a filtering surface that is greater by at least about 50% with respect to a conventional cylindrical filter and by at least about 25% with respect to a pleated cylindrical filter, with a structure that is simpler, cheaper and stronger with respect to the latter. |
