摘要 The first embodiment of the present invention is a process for producing a stacked aluminum material by resistance-welding stacked aluminum foils to an aluminum plate, said process being characterized in that stacked aluminum foils are joined to an aluminum plate by: forming multiple small holes in the stacked aluminum foils in the stacking direction thereof along the lengthwise direction of a zone in which a weld is to be formed; and resistance-welding the resulting aluminum foils to the aluminum plate to form an elliptical nugget that spreads over the small holes. According to the process, a sufficient nugget area can be ensured even when the width of a region permitting the formation of a nugget is narrow.
