PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapy system capable of confirming the soundness of a frequency and an amplitude of a high-frequency analog sine wave outputted from a high-frequency wave control device.SOLUTION: A high-frequency wave control device comprises: a processor for managing digital data representing a frequency and an amplitude of a sine wave; a memory for storing the digital data managed by the processor; a logic device for retrieving digital data from the memory according to an instruction of the processor; a digital direct synthesizing oscillator for generating an analog sine wave on the basis of the first digital data retrieved from the memory by the logic device; and an AD converter for converting the analog sine wave generated by the digital direct synthesizing oscillator into second digital data. When it is determined that an error between the first digital data and the second digital data deviates from an allowable range in the logic device, the processor notifies the exterior of occurrence of abnormalities. |
