<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an ON-set value corresponding to the wide electric conductivity of cooling water when performing the ON-OFF control of a refrigerating apparatus based on the potential difference between electrodes provided in a water tank. <P>SOLUTION: A beverage cooling apparatus 10 operates a refrigerating apparatus when the potential difference between a first electrode 21 which is provided in a range where an ice layer of the predetermined thickness is formed around an evaporation pipe 14 in a water tank 11, and which is exposed to cooling water when the ice layer is formed the thinnest, and a grounding electrode 23 becomes equal to or less than the ON-set value, and stops the operation of the refrigerating apparatus when the potential difference between a second electrode 22 which is provided in a range where an ice layer of the predetermined thickness is formed around the evaporation pipe 14 in the water tank 11, and which is covered by ice when the ice layer is formed the thickest, and the grounding electrode 23 becomes equal to or more than the OFF-set value. Before the first or second electrodes 21, 22 is covered with ice formed around the evaporation pipe 14, the intermediate value between the potential difference between the first and second electrodes 21 and 22 and the grounding electrode 23 and the OFF-set value is set to be the ON-set value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
