<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system capable of preventing intrusion by a strange person while preventing erroneous emission of alarm by an inhabitant when the inhabitant is at home with windows opened. <P>SOLUTION: The security system is configured so that a second security sensor 2 does not detect even when an inhabitant comes closer to an open window so as not to erroneously emit alarm sound. Contrarily, when a strange person comes closer to an open window, the second security sensor 2 emits an alarm sound to threaten the strange person and a security receiver 3 also emits an alarm sound to notify the inhabitant.
