<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsion which is capable of controlling oil phase separation caused by being placed under a low temperature environment even if the viscosity is 1,000 mPa s or higher. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water emulsion has the viscosity of 1,000 mPa s or higher and includes the following (A), (B) and (C) as essential ingredients: (A) cationized cellulose, (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, a salt of hyaluronic acid, acetylated hyaluronate and a salt of acetylated hyaluronate, and (C) an alcohol having a carbon number of 5 or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
