PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core which can be manufactured with a simple manufacturing jig and which does not require a press machine with large stroke for manufacture.SOLUTION: A rotor core includes: a columnar first unit core block 21 formed by joining core plates in which a plurality of slots are provided on the outer edges thereof by caulking while skewing the core plates in a predetermined circumferential direction by a predetermined skew angle one by one, and laminating the predetermined number of core plates; a second unit core block 22 formed with the same method as the first unit core block 21, superposed on the first unit core block 21 by reversing the top and the bottom thereof and positioned so that the slots of the core plates on the superposed ends match each other; and a conductor bar 15 casted in the slots of the first and second unit core blocks 21, 22 and solidified to connect the first and second unit core blocks with each other. |
