PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient power generating device, and the like, that generates a high voltage with a small size circuit and allows power generation even with imperceptible vibration.SOLUTION: A power generating device comprises: a deformable member 104; a first piezoelectric element (108, 109a, and 109b) that is provided in the deformable member 104; a first rectifier circuit 120 that rectifies alternating current generated by the first piezoelectric element; an inductor L that forms a resonance circuit including the first piezoelectric element; a first switch SW1 that is provided in the resonance circuit; a second piezoelectric element (110, 111a, and 111b) that is provided in the deformable member 104 and outputs a higher voltage than the first piezoelectric element; a second rectifier circuit 121 that rectifies alternating current generated by the second piezoelectric element; an electrical storage element C1 that is charged on the basis of an output signal from the first rectifier circuit 120 or the second rectifier circuit 121; control means 112 that controls the first switch SW1; and a storage voltage detection circuit 125 that detects voltage of the electrical storage element C1. |
