PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stress concentration in a spot-facing peripheral edge in view of the interference with peripheral components, mass increase, vibration/noise characteristics, and productivity.SOLUTION: A knuckle 1 includes attachment portions 30 and 40 on which flat bearing surfaces 43 are formed by spot facing processing, and a bracket 110 of a shock absorber 100 is attached to these attachment portions 30 and 40. A spot-facing peripheral edge 45 that is a region on which a rising wall 44 from a peripheral edge of each flat bearing surface 43 is formed into a circular arc shape in a cross-section cut in a plane passing through a center of curvature of a terminal portion of the flat bearing surface 45 and orthogonal to the flat bearing surface 43, and formed so that a radius of curvature of the circular arc varies depending on a circumferential position. |
