摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively and efficiently producing liquid mushroom spawn in a large scale commercial manufacture of mushroom fruit bodies: and to provide a method for storing the mushroom liquid spawn. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing liquid mushroom spawn by which mushroom fruit bodies are produced, and which includes a process for culturing mushroom mycelia in the deep part of the liquid where culture medium is stirred using air bubbles without mechanically stirring the culture medium. The method for producing liquid mushroom spawn comprises adding a thickening agent into the culture medium. The method for storing the mushroom liquid spawn comprises maintaining the liquid mushroom spawn at a temperature of &le;10&deg;C where the liquid mushroom spawn is not substantially frozen. The methods respectively enable inexpensive and efficient production of the liquid spawn, and long storage of the liquid spawn without reducing spawn-forming ability, and thereby also enable transportation of the liquid spawn between production facilities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
