The present invention relates to a book holder having a board which provides convenience by enabling writing on the board. The present invention improves concentration to a class, and enables a user to usefully use the board. The book holder having the board comprises: a board (9) which has a rail (7) on a bottom end; a moving part (8) attached to a bottom end of the board to be moved along the rail; a first linker (2) of which one end is connected to the moving part to be rotated around the moving part; a second linker (3) of which one end is connected to an other end of the first linker to be rotated around the other end of the first linker; and a holder (1) connected to the other end of the second linker to be rotated around the other end of the second linker.
