CHECK VALVE FOR UREAWATER INJECTION AND UREAWATER SUPPLY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

Disclosed are a check valve for injecting urea water and a urea water supply apparatus having the same. The check valve for injecting urea water comprises: a valve body having a flow passage formed on the inside thereof; and a valve membrane installed on one end of the valve body where an exit of the flow passage is formed and arranged in a direction blocking the exit of the flow passage, wherein a portion thereof is fixed on the one end of the valve body to open and close the exit of the flow passage according to a pressure of urea water. The valve membrane is made of an elastomer material to open by the pressure of the urea water passing through the flow passage if the urea water is injected, and return to an original position by an elastic restoring force if urea water injection is stopped. The urea water supply apparatus comprises: the check valve; a storage tank to store the urea water; an injector to spray the urea water supplied from the storage tank into an exhaust pipe; and a urea water supply pipe to inject the urea water into the storage tank. Accordingly, damage/deformation risks by frozen urea water or crystallization of the urea water are minimized, and a reverse flow phenomenon can be alleviated. Even when a portion of the urea water is solidified, an elastic restoring force can be used to easily open and close the flow passage without friction or restoring force degradation.
