Provided is a pouring device capable of adding an appropriate amount of creamy foam to an effervescent beverage poured from a portable container into a mug or the like without requiring skill. A pouring device (30) attached to a pitcher (10) serving as a portable container, the pitcher pouring beer contained in the pitcher (10), wherein the device is provided with an intake opening (41, 42) for taking in beer contained in the pitcher (10), a pouring opening (43) for pouring the beer taken in through the intake opening (41, 42), a flow path (40) communicating between the intake opening (41, 42) and the pouring opening (43), a flow-amount-changing mechanism (50) for changing the amount of beer flowing through the flow path (40) to a fixed amount or a small amount, and an excitation mechanism (71) for imparting vibration to the beer flowing through the flow path (40). The excitation mechanism (71) is activated when a small amount of beer is being poured. |
