The present invention relates to a food waste collecting container. The food waste collecting container comprises: a main body (10) wherein waste is stored; a cover (20) installed in a rear of an upper part of the main body (10) to be able to rotate; and an opening and closing unit (30) installed in the main body (10) opening the cover (20) when a user pushes the opening and closing unit by foot. An identification tag having volume information on a contained waste content is installed inside the main body, and a locking device is additionally installed in the cover. According to the present invention, the food waste collecting container is able to efficiently discharge and collect food waste and provide transparency of a collecting content when the food waste is collected by the food waste collecting container. The food waste collecting container requires low installation costs and can easily be installed regardless of a group residence such as an apartment or a residence for each household. The food waste collecting container can only be used by a contracted user, and can safely be transferred. The food waste collecting container prevents a bottom of the container from being frozen in the winter. |
