The invention discloses a method for imbalance correction by controlling delaying of a pre-amplifier. The pre-amplifier comprises a first P-channel metal oxide semiconductor (PMOS) transistor, a second PMOS transistor, a third N-channel metal oxide semiconductor (NMOS) transistor, a fourth NMOS transistor and a fifth NMOS transistor. Adjustment control is conducted on the signal starting moment of control signals on grids of the first PMOS transistor MP1 and the second PMOS transistor MP2 of a load tube, average current on branches on the left side and the right side is adjusted, pressure drop at the position of the nodes at the output ends on the left side and the right side of a power supply can be ensured to be equal when a circuit is imbalance, and output end voltage Voutp and Voutn is ensured to be equal to correct imbalance. The method for imbalance correction by controlling delaying of the pre-amplifier does not require adding a controllable capacitor or an MOS transistor in the circuit of the pre-amplifier.
