Disclosed are a system and a method for recirculating exhaust gas of an engine, and a ship or a floating marine structure comprising the same. According an embodiment of the present invention, the system for recirculating exhaust gas of an engine comprises: an exhaust receiver unit in which exhaust gas of an engine is stored; a plurality of turbo charger units to generate a drive force by the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust receiver unit; a plurality of intake units connected to the plurality of turbo charger units to be operated by the drive force of the plurality of turbo charger units; an intake/exhaust mixing line to mix intake air supplied from any one among the plurality of intake units and the exhaust gas; an exhaust gas connection line to connect the exhaust receiver unit and the intake/exhaust mixing line to mix the intake air and the exhaust gas; an exhaust gas recirculation unit arranged on the exhaust gas connection line to adjust a mixing ratio of the exhaust gas with respect to the intake air; and an intake receiver unit which is connected to the intake/exhaust mixing line and a different one among the plurality of intake units, stores mixed air of the exhaust gas and the intake air, and is connected to the engine to supply the mixed air to an inlet of the engine.
